Vehicle purchase policy:

Vehicles are purchased from 809 Online Auto Sales INC., NOT from auctions.

The Buyer: I will NOT use, move, repair or modify the vehicle until I receive the bill of sale (Invoice) and the duly signed title and other necessary documents and awarded in my name.

The Buyer: I will purchase the vehicle at 809 Online Auto Sales INC. , INC as it is the licensed and authorized Dealer. Payment for the vehicle will be made directly to 809 Online Auto Sales INC. via bank transfer (transaction fee $15) or credit card (fee at TDC is 3.1%). The auctions have ACH or Epay systems activated in our account and collect the money automatically. Payments will not be accepted at the Copart or IAA offices without exception, if you violate this policy and make a payment at the auction a penalty of $100 will be charged.

About procedures: The documentation has a cost of $85 + $10 Notary for all States, except for residents of New Jersey which has a cost of $125 + registration cost + registration fee + Florida State taxes. For export documents $175.

About Transportation: We will take care of the transportation and payments corresponding to the national and international transportation with mutual agreement of both parties "Buyer and 809 Online Auto Sales INC." Note: This has an additional charge that will be informed at the corresponding time.

About State Taxes and Registration Fees: As Buyers we also agree to pay all taxes that are generated by the purchase of the vehicle, 809 Online Auto Sales INC.by New Jersey state law must collect certain taxes that are required to be collected. be collected and will be credited by your state at the time of registration, taxes are 6.625%. Expenses for export, import, national and international transportation, fines, storage and any expense generated anywhere are borne entirely and exclusively by the Buyer.

I will send the payment for the vehicle within the first 2 days of winning at the auction. If I have not been able to make the payment within said period, I will assume the additional storage, penalties and relist costs at Copart or IAA that could result from late payment. of the same. Starting 5 a.m., the Copart auction and IAA have the right to place the vehicle on relist to return to sale and charge a penalty of $600 for cars with a price less than $6,000 or 10% for cars over $6,000 in the case of copart; and $1,000 or 15% whichever is higher in the case of IAA.

If the vehicle is Salvage or Certificate of Destruction, The Buyer: I will NOT use it or allow any person to use it until it is authorized by a State inspector and a title with the rebuilt brand has been issued for circulation within the territory of the United States . , this is true even if the vehicle is already assigned.

The buyer assumes all risks of purchase, and will be obligated to accept the vehicle as is, as sold at Copart or IAA auctions.

Purchasing process:
​

  • Send the lot number, maximum bet and commission deposited to the 809 Online Auto Sales INC. broker.

  • Once the vehicle is won, the payment will be made. If the vehicle is NOT won with the maximum bet provided, the commission will be saved for the next bet and the process will be repeated until a vehicle is effectively won. The advisory commission is non-refundable. If the buyer decides not to continue purchasing attempts, $200 of the advisory fee will be debited and the rest of the deposited commission will be returned. If in the future you wish to continue purchasing attempts, the $50 advisory fee will be refunded.

  • Wait to receive the title and bill of sale. The title may take time from the auction and 809 Online Auto Sales INC. has no control over the shipments from the auction. Once the title arrives, we process it in approximately 48 hours as long as the client provides us with all the requirements and makes the corresponding electronic signatures on time.

  • Removing the vehicle from the Copart or IAA parking lot in a state-authorized transport, for salvage vehicles, certified destroyed or certified without a rolling permit, is only permitted with all 4 tires on a trailer. For vehicles with a clean title or rebuilt title it may be towed with 2 wheel trailers.

  • Check the vehicle within the auction before being removed, notify the Advisor if there are any additional problems and request the advisor's mediation with the auction to resolve any inconvenience. The Buyer does not hold the Advisor or 809 Online Auto Sales INC. responsible for inconveniences or unforeseen events, we will only limit ourselves to helping resolve and consolidate the auction according to their purchase policies that have been published on the copart.com and Online Car Auctions pages. : Salvage, repairable and used | IAA-Insurance Auto Auctions.
